Youth Case Manager | Full Time | Rowes Bay, Townsville

SCHADS Level 4

Make a real difference in a young person's recovery journey.

The Salvation Army is seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Case Manager to support young people and young families experiencing challenges related to alcohol and other drug use. This role will work with young people in outreach, as well as a small cohort of young people in a residential rehabilitation centre. Working within a trauma-informed and psychologically informed practice framework, you'll empower young people to achieve positive outcomes through tailored case management, advocacy, and holistic support.

About the Role

As a Youth Case Manager, you will:
