Job Description

1. 输出电机外采的技术指标定义，以及电机应用项目匹配
2. 负责无刷电机（风扇 / 鼓风机）降本系统方案设计，包含电机本体（机械 / 结构 / 电磁）+ 驱动控制（硬件 / 软件 / 算法）整体匹配与优化。
3. 从机械结构（定子 / 转子 / 轴承 / 壳体 / 装配工艺）、电磁方案、驱动控制、物料选型全链路进行成本优化，实现 BOM 成本下降、效率提升、噪音降低、可靠性提升。
4. 协同解决电机与控制器匹配不良问题：啸叫、抖动、低速不稳、效率低、温升高等系统问题。
5. 主导降本方案验证：性能、耐久、噪音、温升、可靠性测试，并推动量产导入。

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上，电机、电气、自动化、机电一体化相关专业。
2. 3 年以上无刷电机系统开发经验

• 电机本体能力：结构 / 电磁 / 材料 / 制程 / 温升 / 噪音 / 振动
• 电机控制能力：方波 / FOC、驱动硬件、软件调试、参数匹配

1. 具备强烈成本意识，有电机系统降本、材料替代、国产化经验优先。
2. 能独立完成电机 + 控制器系统调试、问题定位、优化改善。
3. 会电机仿真者优先。
4. 熟悉冷却风扇、空调鼓风机类负载特性优先。
5. 目标导向强，能推动跨部门落地，抗压能力强。
