As a key player in the Human Resources Department, you’ll handle employee relations matters, including strategic HR planning, culture building, supporting budgeting processes, addressing complaints, and leading investigations. You will foster positive relationships among hourly employees, supervisors, and managers. You will serve as a bridge between the Site HR Manager, Kellanova North America Manufacturing Business Unit HRBP, and Global Business Services. You will drive adoption of HR technology and contribute to employee training, crew scheduling and employee relations meetings.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or equivalent direct work experience

Compensation

The annual salary range is $79,400-$109,230, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
