Our 2-year apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity to join an agile, fast-moving organisation. As part of a team of 600 employees, you can expect to work in a very open and agile culture, where freedom to voice your ideas is encouraged and facilitated through flat structures and supportive management. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will have Unified Communication experience across various technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Genesys and Cisco Webex which will help in your further career progression in the industry.

This varied role will provide the successful candidate with on-the-job training, working with experienced professionals providing valuable insights into a variety of different fields of expertise.

You will study towards a Higher Certificate in Telecommunications and Data Network Engineering, which is a technician apprenticeship by successfully completing all external assessments through TU Dublin, Tallaght.

You will develop skills both on-site and in the classroom.

Whilst in the classroom you will cover Network Installation, Health and Safety, Telecommunications and Technology & Service Restoration, Electrical Principals, Customer Service, Broadband & Wireless Skills, Optic Fibre Installation, Maintenance & Commissioning and Personal & Professional Development.

You will bring what you have learned in the classroom into the workplace where you will not only get to put what you have learned into practice, but will also get hands on experience with:
