What is the focus of the role?

As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Business Plus customers, helping them achieve their goals through telecommunications, ICT and cyber security solutions. By combining exceptional communication, strong commercial capability and a passion for customer success, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sustainable portfolio growth and contribute to the continued success of the Telstra Business Technology Centre.

We combine local expertise with the strength of Australia's leading telecommunications and technology provider to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a defined portfolio of Business Plus customers. This role is critical to maintaining strong customer relationships that drive revenue growth, customer advocacy and long-term business success for both our customers and Telstra.

Role Location: TBTC Melbourne City - 80 Dorcas Street, Southbank, Victoria, 3006 (in-centre)

About you

  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, account management or business development.
