About the Role

We are looking for an Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative, facility, and employee support activities. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, follow-up, and execution skills to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration & Facility Management

  • Manage day-to-day office and plant administration.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility services.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall workplace upkeep.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office and facility infrastructure.

Vendor & Service Management
