What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the organisation’s operations run smoothly. Your duties will span various administrative tasks across departments, including managing documentation, maintaining stakeholder communication, and supporting overall office efficiency. You’ll also assist the team by handling correspondence, preparing reports, updating systems, and overseeing day-to-day office activities. To excel in this position, you’ll need strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Manage correspondence with clients or external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Support teams by preparing client information, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Compile reports, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records for operational use.
  • Assist with document preparation and coordinate follow-ups with relevant parties as needed.
  • Provide general office support by professionally answering calls, coordinating the booking and setup of meeting rooms, and offering assistance to other teams as needed.
  • Organise and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and replenished when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation, for team members as necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels to promote collaboration and seamless communication.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has experience in administration or customer service within a professional setting. You are highly organised, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities without compromising quality. With excellent interpersonal skills, you build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality ensure tasks are handled with precision and care.

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service roles within an office environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with professional services industries is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills allow for efficient prioritisation of tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail ensures precision across all administrative responsibilities.
