  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced retail or small business environment, managing both finance and administrative tasks.

Total Tools Morayfield is looking for a Full-Time Payroll & Administration Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to utilise their payroll, bookkeeping and administration expertise within a growing and dynamic retail business.

This position will suit a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient and professional support. Working closely with store leadership, team members you will play a key role in ensuring payroll, administration and bookkeeping processes are completed accurately and on time.

For this role, you will be primarily focused on providing high-quality payroll, bookkeeping and administrative support to the business while contributing to the overall success and performance of the store.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
