Administrator (The Kirby Institute) Employment Type: 12-months fixed term part - time (21 hours a week) Remuneration: $92,265 base pro rata, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading Work rights required: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Location: Onsite, Kensington, Sydney About The Kirby Institute: The Kirby Institute is a world-leading health research institute at UNSW Sydney. We work to eliminate infectious diseases, globally. Our specialisation is in developing health solutions for the most at-risk communities. Putting communities at the heart of our research, we develop tests, treatments, cures and prevention strategies that have the greatest chance of success. Details of the role The Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of The Kirby Institute through the provision of general administrative support. The administrator will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide high-quality support for communications, meetings, events and finance processes. The role also plays an important part in welcoming new staff and visitors, coordinating building access and site inductions, and creating a positive experience for a diverse range of stakeholders. This role is suited to a proactive and organised professional with strong customer service, communication and coordination skills who enjoys engaging with people and building effective working relationships. The role reports to the Senior Administrative Officer.
