The Opportunity At Randstad, we are partnering with a well established timber mill leader in Fyshwick to source an experienced Office Administration Assistant. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will serve as the central administrative engine of the site, liaising with production, sales, logistics, suppliers, and transport providers to ensure seamless operational success.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, truck drivers, suppliers, and clients.

Mandatory Requirements: Must hold a current Driver's Licence and maintain a strong commitment to WHS safety standards.
