After Sales Engineer

• Supports Quality function through issue containment. Coordinates sort/rework product to minimize impact on customer. Gathers accurate and complete information for product failures. Communicates to Quality team through established processes.
• Register & validates warranty status and facilitate warranty returns and replacements or credit note. Negotiates rework/repair cost as appropriate. Approves and processes repair invoices. Coordinates with customer the return of samples or lot rejections to enable continuous improvement.
• Conducts data analysis of present and historical data to identify improvement opportunities. Works with plant Quality teams to identify and eliminate defects. Maintains pareto/awareness of defects identified by customers and drives resolution of top issues.
• Participates in team process improvements, such as system conversion testing and feedback.
• Processing and coordinating for spare movement required for warranty repairs.
• Receiving of spare orders, contract review, SO generation, spares arrangement & allocation, co ordination for packing & dispatch.
• Anchoring of service jobs for revenue generation.
• Perpetual inventory management of FGSP/ FGST location.
• Receive, Register, Analyze, contain and resolves customer issues adhering to company warranty policies.
• Allocating customer complaints to service centre and coordination for timely closure.
• Provides frontline warranty customer support for LT motors , HT motors & Fan such as travel to customer production/field locations to analyze rejected product. Works with sales team and customers directly to bring issues to resolution. Balances customer satisfaction and cost within boundaries of warranty policy.

This area includes electric motors, drives and industrial automation equipment and services, and maintenance services. Electric motors and other related equipment find applications in practically all industrial segments, in equipment such as compressors, pumps and fans, for example.

Energy Generation, Transmission and Distribution (GTD)
Products and services included in this area are electric generators for hydraulic and thermal power plants (biomass), hydro turbines (small hydroelectric plants or PCH, and hydroelectric generators or CGH)), wind turbines, transformers, substations, control panels and system integration services.

Commercial and Appliance Motors
In this business area, our focus is the market of single phase motors for durable consumer goods, such as washing machines, air conditioners, water pumps, among others.

Paints and Varnishes
In this area, which includes liquid paints, powder paints, and electro-insulating varnishes, we have a very clear focus on industrial applications in Brazil and are expanding to Latin America and other regions.
