What you'll do
- Receive and process customer complaints and inquiries via email, coordinating with internal teams and branches to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Organize and optimize maintenance schedules based on urgency and geographic locations, assigning tasks to appropriate technicians to ensure immediate resolution.
- Oversee daily schedules, efficiently manage cancellations, and provide real-time updates to technicians regarding calendar adjustments.
- Prioritize maintenance scheduling in response to critical breakdowns, dispatching senior technicians to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
- Monitor pending job orders and coordinate new service appointments immediately upon the arrival of required spare parts.
- Maintain organized physical and digital archives of all job orders and related documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and communicated.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- SAP Experience/Knowledge.
- Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
