JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 3-5 years
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Circa £50k - £65k DOE

THE ROLE:
An established and highly respected regional law firm is looking to appoint Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join its specialist Agricultural Property team in Essex. The firm has an excellent reputation for advising businesses, farmers, landowners, landed estates, property developers, entrepreneurs and private individuals, with a strong focus on agriculture, food, farming and business law. This is a fantastic opportunity to deal with a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters such as sales and acquisitions of rural properties, first registrations, farm business tenancies, agricultural holdings act tenancies as well as working closely with the private client team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Keen to hear from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of agricultural / rural property or a strong property background combined with a genuine interest in developing a career within agricultural property. As the appointed Property Solicitor you will have solid experience in dealing with property transactions and be comfortable dealing with clients directly.
