The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for TIG welding aluminum radiator components and fabricated assemblies that power vehicles around the world. You’ll work with blueprints, precision measurement tools, and welding equipment to produce consistent, high-quality products. Physical Requirements
This is active, hands-on work. You should be comfortable with:
- Standing, walking, and working with your hands throughout a full 10-hour shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and fine-motor hand tasks (pinching, grasping, manipulation)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
