We are seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled planners and coordinators for an upcoming opportunity supporting a national facilities portfolio. This role ensures the delivery of a compliant, reliable, and strategically aligned Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) program.
As the Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will manage the 52‑week rolling PPM planner, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain accurate asset data across the portfolio.
The Position:

Own and manage the 52‑week rolling PPM schedule

Plan, allocate, and release planned maintenance tasks

Maintain asset data, additions/removals, and condition updates within the CMMS

Coordinate with Facility Managers, contractors, and operational teams

Analyse PPM performance, backlog, and compliance metrics

Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives

What You Bring

Experience in asset planning, scheduling, or technical facilities management

Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and understanding of compliance requirements

Ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder expectations

Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
