What you'll do
- Perform order management and settlement of different investment products which include Equities, Bond, Unit Trust, Structured Products, SDS and Foreign Stock in Bank systems (e.g. ibroker, T24, IVS, CBS)
- Operate custodian platform for order settlement (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear)
- Prepare dealing forms to fund houses
- Handle Stock and UT monthly investment plan
- Handle IPO stock / bonds subscription and settlement tasks
- Handle Physical Share Deposit and Withdrawal
- Prepare statistic reports
- Handle payment instructions
- Conduct cash transaction voucher
- Reconciliation monthly statement and reports
- Handle Branch enquiries and follow up
- Attend system training, prepare SOP and assist UAT project

- Associate Degree or above
- At least 1-2 years working experience in financial institutions
- Has product knowledge of equities and fixed income
- Good knowledge of PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

To perform order management and settlements of investment products such as Equities, Bonds, ELI/ELN, UT and Structure Deposit. He/she is also required to support various ad-hoc assignments, preparation of weekly/monthly statistics reports, commission rebate, results of promotion programs and financial data.
