What you'll do
- Perform the role of a team manager in processing IPO applications and monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications
- Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee
- Assist in handling pre-IPO enquiries and IPO related policies matters
- Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
- Provide accounting, legal or other professional support to the work of the Listing Division

- Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field
- Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Summary:
The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing (1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and (2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings.Job Duties:
