  • Lead the Asia Pacific activation strategy and annual operating plan for Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship programming, aligned to enterprise priorities and regional business needs
  • Engage senior regional stakeholders across lines of business and countries to identify priorities, secure alignment, and drive integrated activation plans
  • Translate sponsorship rights and assets into regionally relevant programs across experiential, hospitality, content, athlete/ambassador, and internal engagement workstreams
  • Partner with global Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship leadership to ensure Asia Pacific plans integrate with global campaigns, toolkits, and governance
  • Own day-to-day regional activation management, including timelines, workplans, dependencies, and cross-functional operating rhythms
  • Manage regional agency and vendor partners (creative, production, experiential, public relations, media, digital) to deliver high-quality outputs on time and on budget
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Procurement, and Finance to ensure activations meet governance requirements in a regulated environment
  • Develop and socialize regional playbooks, best practices, and stakeholder communications to scale activation across markets and teams
  • Support external stakeholder engagement as needed (e.g., rights holders, organizing committees, regional partners), coordinating deliverables and communications
  • Establish measurement plans and reporting (key performance indicators, performance dashboards, post-program learnings) to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify risks, reputational considerations, and operational constraints early; propose mitigation strategies and escalate appropriately; and champion regional education and internal engagement to strengthen understanding of sponsorship assets, usage guidelines, and activation pathways

Join Sports & Entertainment Marketing to help bring one of the firm’s most visible global sponsorship platforms to life in Asia Pacific. This role will drive regional activation and stakeholder engagement to maximize brand and business value from our Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship. You will partner across country marketing teams and corporate functions to identify opportunities, develop plans, and deliver activations aligned to enterprise strategy and regional business priorities. You will help ensure strong governance, consistent brand standards, and effective measurement across programs.

As an Executive Director - Olympic and Paralympic Sponsorship Activation within the Sports & Entertainment Marketing team, you will shape and execute the Asia Pacific activation approach for the firm’s worldwide Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship. You will partner with Asia Pacific lines of business, country marketing teams, and corporate functions to identify opportunities, develop plans, and deliver activations that align to enterprise strategy while reflecting regional business priorities. You will serve as the primary Asia Pacific point of contact for Olympic and Paralympic activation, ensuring strong governance, consistent brand standards, and effective measurement across programs.
