We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our legal team based in Sydney, Australia to support our rapidly growing and evolving business


Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include advising on new and mature technology-driven offerings, counselling business teams on a wide range of matters, negotiating strategic contracts, and working with other members of the legal department locally and internationally to ensure that relevant legal and regulatory requirements and risks are understood and managed. Principal duties include providing ongoing legal advice on a wide range of legal areas including in relation to competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, advertising technology and other regulatory requirements.

A day in the life
You must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged. The ability to effectively communicate complex matters, both verbally and in writing, is also essential. You will be expected to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing, and will need to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of legal experience
- Law degree and admission to relevant bar association
- Experience in top tier Australian private practice or in-house experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, oral)
