Within Luke’s team specifically, there is also regular cross-office interaction in respect to management of client files.

As to career development, we recognise and reward our talented employees and their career aspirations through a committed approach which focuses on internal promotion. We also provide structure with respect to career development and opportunities for employees to showcase their expertise in progressing within their chosen area. As an employee of Clyde & Co, you will be entitled to all of our benefits and an open environment where we look to improve our employees' overall experience, both in and out of the workplace.
