Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, service and parts departments to identify accessory opportunities for our customer and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.

• Provide accurate quotes and estimates for accessory purchases and installations.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all ordered accessories.

• Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in automotive accessories, providing expert advice to customers.

• Ensure all installations meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge and passion for automotive accessories and customization - experiencing working in automotive parts and/or service is an asset!

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse people.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized while managing multiple priorities.

• Proven problem solving skills leading to innovative ideas.

• Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
