How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to take a holistic approach to understanding our clients' needs, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to provide bespoke solutions. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, using this insight to inform your advice and guidance.

What you do
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, building and maintaining relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored solutions, including investment, insurance, and wealth management products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment specialists and wealth planners, to provide comprehensive advice and guidance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, using this insight to inform your advice and guidance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing your portfolio and contributing to the team's revenue targets

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private banking or wealth management environment
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, including investment, insurance, and wealth management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide bespoke solutions to complex financial needs
- A professional certification, such as CFP or CFA, is desirable
