Position: Branch Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 /week MON-FRI 08:30-17:00 / 07:00-15:30 ROTA *NO WEEKENDS!

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a talented, highly motivated and inspirational leader to be our next Branch Manager of our team in Chichester!
To achieve this, we will provide you with an individualised and comprehensive onboarding and continuous development Programme, including: mentoring, leadership coaching, our suite of Williams learning programmes, the support and guidance of your Network Manager and, for the right individual, the opportunity to study for external qualifications in leadership and management.
Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is preferable.
