  • Car Parking Management - Operational administrative role focused on managing all aspects of employee parking programs, combining customer service, financial administration, and vendor coordination responsibilities.
  • Process, review, and approve parking permits for eligible employees while managing customer inquiries, escalations, violation appeals, and monthly invoicing with accurate financial reporting
  • Support general employee enquiries across multiple channels including in person, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, while managing mail room operations, courier requests, and stock management
  • Oversee locker allocations, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with the Workplace team to manage vendor operations for soft services including cleaning, handyperson, concierge, and mailroom
  • Conduct regular floor inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate prompt resolution with relevant stakeholders, while supporting PC and mobile asset management for onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Provide event support by coordinating room and event space bookings, ordering catering as required, and working with stakeholders to ensure spaces are set up appropriately while maintaining comprehensive day-to-day office operations

As a Car Park and Workplace Coordinator at JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional workplace and car park management experiences for our clients and their employees.
