An opportunity is available for an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation environment and support a significant Workplace Health & Safety improvement program as a part of a broader enterprise transformation environment.
This role will suit a pragmatic, hands-on Change Manager who enjoys working across people, process, policy and behavioural change and can bring structure to a complex portfolio of initiatives.
We're looking for a strong generalist Change Manager who can understand a problem, identify who needs to be involved and determine the right approach to successfully embed the change.
About the Role
The project is working through a number of recommendations arising from an external review of the organisation's Workplace Health & Safety environment. These recommendations cover a broad range of activities, from relatively simple policy and process updates through to more significant behavioural and cultural change initiatives.
The Change Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to help turn these recommendations into practical, deliverable initiatives. A key focus will be determining the right level of change intervention for each piece of work. Some changes may require little more than a targeted communication, while others will require structured stakeholder engagement, leadership involvement and behavioural change activity.
