Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Lawyer

This is an opportunity to join a large highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, working alongside experienced Partners and senior practitioners on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.

The team acts for a diverse client base, including major corporates, private clients and businesses across Queensland.

You’ll work across matters including:

• General commercial litigation and shareholder disputes
• Energy and renewables projects
• Corporate and property disputes
• Private client and high-value commercial matters
• Professional indemnity disputes
• Negotiations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution
• Complex litigation through to trial and court proceedings

You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine carriage of your matters, with responsibility tailored to your experience. You’ll work directly with senior practitioners on complex matters while having the support and mentoring to continue developing your technical and client-facing skills.

This role would suit an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with approximately 4+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation.
