Commercial Property Solicitor - Cardiff
Join a leading UK law firm with a strong national Real Estate practice and an impressive client base spanning investors, government bodies, social housing providers, the NHS, developers, banks and charities.
The Role
Our client are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving Cardiff Real Estate team. You'll work on a broad mix of public and private sector matters, including acquisitions, disposals, retail and commercial leases, mixed use development projects and due diligence. Expect hands on involvement in high value transactions, direct client contact and the chance to build long term relationships early in your career.
You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team with access to a wider national Real Estate group.
