What you'll do
- Source, qualify, develop and manage relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers, identifying opportunities for MORROW collaborations and activations.
- Build relationships with creators, UGC contributors and organic advocates to generate authentic third-party participation, content and advocacy for MORROW.
- Identify and develop relationships with relevant external communities, networks and groups that can expand MORROW’s reach and introduce new audiences into the ecosystem.
- Develop and execute community-led activations designed to drive awareness, visits, leads and membership interest, including open houses, talks, community sessions, experiences and social activations.
- Own outreach, invitations and attendance generation for community activations, and work with CRM/Sales to move relevant prospects into the appropriate funnel for follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain relationships with participants and advocates following activations to encourage continued engagement, repeat participation, advocacy and future conversion opportunities.
- Manage smaller community activations internally and coordinate with external event management support for larger-scale activations where required.
- As MORROW’s membership scales, develop and manage structured Ambassador and Referral Programmes to strengthen member advocacy and acquisition.
- Track community and activation performance across the funnel and identify which relationships, audiences and activation formats should be scaled, improved, or discontinued.

- Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas into engaging narratives suitable for social media
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health and longevity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Role Overview
The Community Manager is responsible for building and activating MORROW's external community and advocacy ecosystem to grow awareness, engagement, visits and membership interest.
The role develops relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, advocates and relevant communities, and translates these relationships into measurable activations and audience growth for MORROW.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & Influencer Relationships
Source, qualify, develop and manage relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers, identifying opportunities for MORROW collaborations and activations.
2. Creator, UGC & Organic Advocacy
Build relationships with creators, UGC contributors and organic advocates to generate authentic third-party participation, content and advocacy for MORROW.
3.External Community Building
Identify and develop relationships with relevant external communities, networks and groups that can expand MORROW’s reach and introduce new audiences into the ecosystem.
4. Community Activations
Develop and execute community-led activations designed to drive awareness, visits, leads and membership interest, including open houses, talks, community sessions, experiences and social activations.
5. Audience Acquisition & Conversion
Own outreach, invitations and attendance generation for community activations, and work with CRM/Sales to move relevant prospects into the appropriate funnel for follow-up and conversion.
6. Community Nurturing
Maintain relationships with participants and advocates following activations to encourage continued engagement, repeat participation, advocacy and future conversion opportunities.
7. Activation & Event Support
Support community-led events and activations as a secondary component of the role, with a focus on audience acquisition, KOL and community engagement rather than general event operations. Manage smaller community activations internally and coordinate with relevant internal teams or external event management support where required.
8. Ambassador & Referral Programmes
As MORROW’s membership scales, develop and manage structured Ambassador and Referral Programmes to strengthen member advocacy and acquisition.
9. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Track community and activation performance across the funnel and identify which relationships, audiences and activation formats should be scaled, improved, or discontinued.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in community management, influencer/KOL engagement, partnerships, advocacy, activations or related roles, ideally within wellness, health, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, advocates and external communities
- Strong relationship-building and outreach skills, with the ability to identify, pitch and develop collaboration opportunities
- Experience developing community initiatives or activations that drive audience growth, engagement, leads or other measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of social media and creator ecosystems, including how KOL, creator and community activity can amplify brand and content
- Commercial and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to evaluate opportunities based on audience relevance, engagement and conversion potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial, with an interest in health, wellness and longevity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
