What you'll do

  • Curate regular and relevant programming to promote vibrancy and a sense of community at selected CapitaLand Workspace properties, in support of CapitaLand’s tenant attraction and retention efforts.
  • Develop all forms of communications, including developing the content (e.g. for eDMs), and channels (e.g. website, social media, CapitaStar@Work mobile app), to support related campaigns and programmes.
  • Support the publicity of these programmes, across available channels (e.g. digital displays, social media, CapitaStar@Work), to create awareness and encourage participation.
  • Monitor related uploads, posts, queries and feedback about the programmes and respond accordingly.
  • Support the building of effective relationships with relevant stakeholders (e.g. tenant representatives, programme partners, government agencies) to garner their support of and participation in our programmes.
  • Support the pursuit of business opportunities and collaborations with the CapitaLand tenant community, in support of community engagement programmes.
  • Collate and evaluate community engagement programmes and feedback for reporting and analyses, and continual improvements.
  • Track community engagement programme operating budgets and expenditures.
  • Support key and/or strategic Workspace campaigns and/or events (e.g. groundbreaking and other milestone/celebratory activities).
  • Support other Workspace departments with relevant marketing & communication efforts, including (but limited to) collateral development and editorial.
  • Any other related duties.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Curate regular and relevant programming to promote vibrancy and a sense of community at selected CapitaLand Workspace properties, in support of CapitaLand’s tenant attraction and retention efforts. Programmes include (but are not limited to) online and in-person campaigns and activities, and retail promotions, and could be sourced from and in collaboration with CapitaLand tenants and external partners (incl government agencies).
  • Develop all forms of communications, including developing the content (e.g. for eDMs), and channels (e.g. website, social media, CapitaStar@Work mobile app), to support related campaigns and programmes.
