The Customer Graduate Programme includes two placements: Stretch Placement: A role outside your academic background that broadens your commercial understanding and develops new skills Core Placement: A role aligned to your interests within the Customer function, allowing you to build expertise and make a meaningful impact Each placement is structured around clear objectives and measurable outcomes, ensuring you can track your development while contributing to key business priorities. Throughout the programme, you'll gain exposure to a variety of customer-focused areas, including: Customer Insight and Analytics Clubcard and Loyalty Programmes Customer Experience and Service Improvement Customer Strategy and Planning Digital Customer Journeys Customer Communications and Engagement Market Research and Customer Trends Customer-Focused Innovation Projects You’ll work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, analyse customer feedback and data, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. By the end of the programme, you'll have developed a deep understanding of how customer-led decisions drive business growth, build loyalty, and support Tesco’s purpose of serving customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.
