Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. 

This is an 11 month fixed term contract.

This role sits at the core of strategy, execution, and senior‑leader leverage within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business. As the Senior Program Manager, you will act as a trusted thought partner to LTS sales leadership, owning critical rhythm‑of‑business cadences, prioritization, and the delivery of high‑impact strategic initiatives across a highly matrixed environment. You will bring structure to ambiguity, translate strategy into action, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to move the business forward - combining strong program management rigor with sound business judgment and influence. 

You will be a key member of the LTS Global Programs team within the Global Business Organization (GBO). You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff of Global LTS Sales, and a handful of VPs of Global LTS Sales to define operating priorities, drive organizational efficiencies and rhythm of the business activities, and deliver strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. You will build connective tissue across leaders, teams and programs to create leverage, optimize growth and scale the business. 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to leaders at LinkedIn ranging across operations, sales, finance, marketing and other cross-functional teams. The Program Manager’s leadership on strategic & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of the global LTS business. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day thought partner to VP Sales Leadership

• Independently steer development and execution of LTS strategic priorities 

• Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, including leadership team meetings & offsites, QBRs, OKR management, and annual & quarterly planning process 

• Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS 

• Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization 

• Dot connector between what is happening at the macro level (e.g., Company, Global Business Organization, LTS wide) level and the impact it may have at a micro level (e.g., local and functional teams) 

• Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct data-driven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver recommendations  

• Learn quickly, be agile and proactive, as well as assume ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams  

• Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization 

• Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has frameworks, training, and resources needed to provide best-in-class program management partnership 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles within a matrixed organization 

• 5+ years of experience operating in cross‑functional environment across regional and/or global teams 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or platform‑based companies, with exposure to go‑to‑market or commercial organizations 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional, strategic programs with enterprise‑wide impact 

• Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to support prioritization and decision‑making 

• Experience communicating with and influencing senior‑level stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication 

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, fast‑moving, or ambiguous environments 

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams through decision‑making processes 

• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent workstreams with attention to detail 

• Experience working in or supporting global enterprise‑scale businesses 

• Experience supporting or driving change management initiatives
