Join Tesco Ireland’s 10-week Customer/Marketing Internship Programme and gain hands-on experience in one of Ireland’s leading retail businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about our business, work alongside experienced colleagues, and contribute to projects that make a real difference for our customers, colleagues and the planet. Our Customer team is at the heart of building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. During the programme, you'll gain exposure to different elements of marketing, from brand strategy and campaign delivery to customer loyalty and engagement. You'll learn how customer data, insight and market trends influence decision-making and help shape personalised customer experiences. Throughout the internship, you'll develop valuable workplace skills, build your professional network and work in a supportive and inclusive environment. From day one, you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, challenge yourself and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
