What you'll do

  • Submit, track, and coordinate facilities maintenance requests, ensuring issues are documented, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors, building management, and internal stakeholders regarding the status of technology and facilities support requests.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets and coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and warranty services as needed.

EPIC Health Partners is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining workstations, supporting office technology, and assisting staff with day-to-day technology needs. The IT Support Technician serves as a key resource in ensuring employees have reliable access to the systems and tools necessary to perform their work effectively
