Overview

The Digital Account Manager (DAM) is responsible for driving customer success, business growth, and digital transformation across a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers. The role focuses on building trusted customer relationships, identifying business priorities, accelerating adoption of Microsoft solutions, and helping customers realize value from their technology investments.

Working closely with specialists, partners, and cross-functional teams, the Digital Account Manager develops account strategies, drives consumption and renewal motions, and supports customers through every stage of their digital transformation journey.

Digital Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
