What you'll do
- Anticipate developments within assigned accounts, including potential risks and opportunities, and determine prioritization of actions based on customer needs, growth potential, and account risks while maintaining strong ownership for overall account performance.
- Expand and leverage a network of key internal and external partners to execute core account activities, grow sales impact, and drive joint customer business and technology transformation strategies.
- Implement strategies to engage stakeholders in assigned accounts, creating and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and driving consumption of Microsoft solutions using standard sales and delivery approaches.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s business and technology priorities, identify opportunities to drive optimization and new solutions, and advocate for customer needs within Microsoft.
- Educate decision makers in assigned accounts on Microsoft’s value proposition aligned to their business objectives, and develop plans that align solutions and partner capabilities to customer key performance indicators.

Qualifications
Digital Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
