The Role

·       Providing clear and supportive career and course related information to prospective students

·       Consultative sales role with a purpose, and you will work exclusively with warm leads - people who have already expressed interest and are actively exploring their next step.

·       No cold calling or hard selling, just genuine, meaningful conversations that help people move forward with confidence.

What’s in it for you?

We’re serious about rewarding performance and supporting your growth:

·       Base salary of $77,000 with progression to $80,000 as you gain competence in the role

·       Uncapped commissions
$10,000 - $12,000 pa on target commission, but this uncapped! Commission earnings are directly tied to your individual sales results.

·       Potential for Company Bonus (based on company and individual performance)

About You

This role is perfect for you if you’ve worked in retail, call centres, fitness, travel, or any fast-paced sales/customer service environment and love hitting targets.

You don’t need an education background—but you do need sales drive.

You’ll bring:

• 1+ years’ sales experience (inbound or outbound)
• A target-driven mindset and love of winning
• Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
• Resilience, energy, and a positive team attitude
• A genuine desire to help people—not just close the sale
