The Opportunity
Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) is hiring Field Service Engineers to test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power distribution systems at customer data centers nationwide. You'll spend your first 2 years in the field mastering switchgear testing through 15 kV, relay calibration, power system studies, and project management β while earning your NETA certification and building the technical + business foundation for long-term leadership. BSEE required. ~50% travel. Flexible hours including weekends/nights.

π This role is a direct pipeline to leadership. After your field foundation, you'll fast-track into Technical Sales, Supervising Engineer, or Service Center Manager β owning teams, client relationships, and regional operations.
