- Health Promoting Services: Promote resident independence, social engagement, and meaningful activities while ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
- Clinical Care: Deliver best practice clinical care, update progress notes, administer medications safely, and collaborate with Allied Health and Lifestyle staff to support resident wellness and re-enablement.
- Governance and Supervision: Mentor Personal Carers, assist Registered Nurses in organising workloads, monitor resource usage, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

About the role
The Enrolled Nurse provides support, guidance, and supervision to Personal Carers to deliver a holistic, person centred service aligned with the "Better for Life" framework. Working in consultation with a Registered Nurse, the Enrolled Nurse assesses resident needs, applies clinical judgements within their scope of practice, and ensures care plans are safe, effective, and maintained.
