- Provides holistic leadership to care and support teams, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, safe, and high-quality services tailored to residents’ needs.
- Assessing and reviewing residents’ health and functional abilities, developing and maintaining care plans, promoting meaningful social and physical activities, and supervising staff in daily living and clinical care.
- Provides leadership and guidance each shift, monitors care quality and resident wellbeing, and ensures a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing workplace health and safety policies.

- High-level understanding of dementia care, including supporting residents with challenging behaviours.
- Understanding of how to apply AN-ACC to ensure optimum levels of funding are achieved.
- Excellent contemporary clinical knowledge, including medicines used in aged care.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Standards as they relate to accreditation.

- Previous experience as an RN in an Aged Care environment is desirable.

Permanent Part Time Filler Position.
You must have the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
73.17 Hours per fortnight
The filler works across each of the shift configurations depending on the Site's requirements.
AM 0700 - 1538 (8.13hrs)
PM 1510 - 2348 (8.13hrs)
ND 2300 - 0706 (7.6hrs)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides holistic leadership to care and support teams, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, safe, and high-quality services tailored to residents’ needs.
