We're looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team at the iconic Royal Academy of Arts, helping to deliver outstanding events and exceptional hospitality experiences in one of London's most inspiring cultural destinations.

As Event Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our events run seamlessly, acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. From board meetings and hospitality experiences to large-scale internal events, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, taking ownership and making things happen.

What You'll Do:
