Job Description

Location: Stirling Leisure - Various Location
Position Type: Casual
Salary: $48.24 per hour including 25% casual loading

The Opportunity
We are seeking customer-focused and highly organised Facility Hire Officers to join our Recreation & Leisure Services team on a casual basis.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings and customer enquiries across a diverse portfolio of community facilities, leisure centres, beaches and reserves. You will be the first point of contact for facility users, ensuring bookings are managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and helping maximise community access to City facilities.
Working closely with community groups, sporting clubs, hirers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of some of the City's most valued recreation and community spaces.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
