Family Solicitor Associate/Senior Associate - Warminster
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a thriving and highly respected team in Warminster.
This well established, award winning firm has a strong presence across Wiltshire and Dorset, and you'll be joining their busy Warminster office at an exciting time of growth. The family team is known for its expertise, supportive culture and high quality private family work.
As the successful Family Lawyer, you'll manage your own varied caseload with confidence, working within a collegiate environment where collaboration and client care are genuinely prioritised.
Your caseload will include:
- Divorce and dissolution
- Financial remedy matters
- Private law children work across all areas
- Pre and post nuptial agreements
- Separation and cohabitation agreements
- Non molestation and occupation order applications
- Drafting pleadings, agreements and complex court documents
- Advocacy where appropriate
- Negotiating settlements and using NCDR
- Maintaining excellent compliance and client care
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to the wider development of the department
About you
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years' PQE in private family law
- Confident managing a complex and sensitive caseload independently
- Technically strong with excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- A compassionate communicator
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Someone who values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a positive, supportive environment
- Resolution membership, mediation or collaborative law experience is advantageous but not essential
- Supervisory experience would be a bonus
