What you'll do
- Management of small site team for site installation of air handling units.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Communicate with general contractor and client team on site regarding program, site issues, health, safety and quality.
- Producing concise accurate reports for management team.
- Commercial awareness to include ensuring project costs are controlled and as per budget.
- Ensure the clients are given a high-quality finished product and service.
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses of site operatives and harnessing these to create highly skilled and efficient site teams. Training to be provided where any weaknesses are identified.
- Ensuring all site conditions and requirements are met for inductions, RAMS, permits, PPE etc.
- Materials and equipment planning and ordering, so all needs are met on site.
- Constantly seeking ways to streamline and develop site installation and commissioning with product and service quality as a key driver.
- Monitoring and accurately recording any delays or issues on site which may have commercial repercussions.
- Monitor performance of team on site and notify management of any issues.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision role in manufacturing or construction application.
- Intermediate skills level across Microsoft suite of applications.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Full driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Journeyman ticket in Electrical
- First Aid, Electrical / Mechanical background, OSHA 30, NFPA70E, Manual Handling, Safepass, Working at heights.
- Experience in HVAC delivery within DC industry.
- Ability to read technical drawings including P&IDs and Electrical Diagrams.

Teaching and Learning - Mentor and motivate team members.
Checks and Balances to minimize mistakes (Lessons Learned)
Record keeping post-commissioning through our main platform UpKeep, to ensure each ASSET in the field is tracked consistently.

Technical
Design (Minor adjustment to make site works more efficient)
