Full description from employer

Randstad is seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to support a Queensland Government department based in Southport. This fast-paced role commences ASAP through to the end of November, with a possibility of extension. This position provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the broader unit.

This AO3 level position offers an hourly rate of $51.13 plus super, working 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, fully office-based in Southport).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Accounts Payable, process invoices/purchase orders, and perform corporate card and general ledger reconciliations. Manage cash float balancing, receipting, and banking.
  • Deliver excellent, professional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Deliver high-level administrative support, including managing meeting room setups, catering, audio/visual requirements, and workstation maintenance.
