  • Use initiative and good judgement when working through new or unclear situations.

Your Impact & Contribution 

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you'll play an important role in managing customer account and balances to meet our compliance requirements. 

You'll assist with tasks including daily settlement, chargebacks, accounts in arrears, unclaimed monies and accounts payable activities. 

You will be required to engage with customers via email or phone with empathy and professionalism. 

You'll work closely with teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Risk and Compliance, sharing insights, identifying operational issues and helping improve our processes and customer experience. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, working with financial processes and solving problems. You'll be comfortable working across different priorities, taking ownership of tasks and adapting as Kit continues to grow. 

Reporting to: Senior Manager Operations & Risk 

 

Your Responsibilities
