About the Role:
You’ll lead breakfast service with precision and personality, ensuring every guest starts their day with a smile. From setting the tone to supporting the team, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and excellence to every shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise breakfast operations, buffet and à la carte service
- Transition into bar or lunch service as needed—flexibility is key
- Support staff on the floor, solve problems, and elevate guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge
- Monitor stock, control costs, and ensure accurate billing
- Uphold RSA and licensing guidelines with confidence and care
