What you'll do
- Rise with us and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
- Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
- Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Support your like-minded food and beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
