PAI Partners, a leading pan-European private equity firm, is seeking a talented, motivated and enthusiastic candidate for an internship in its Paris office within the fund administration team.
We are currently seeking a talented, motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Paris office for an internship, commencing in January 2027. You will support the fund administration team in day-to-day activities, such as preparing financial information for investors, various reports for tax and regulatory authorities, monitoring the funds, the management company, analysing the portfolio holdings, as well as different long-term projects. You will also work in close collaboration with other teams (Structuring, Compliance, ESG, Investor Relation, Investment Group and so on). Candidates are expected to have a strong academic record and good communication skills. The ability to learn quickly is essential, as well as good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Previous internship experience in Finance (Investment Banking, Consulting or Transaction services), as well as knowledge of VBA will be a plus. Most importantly, candidates should have a strong interest in corporate finance and be enthusiastic to learn about private equity.
