Job Title ;General Manager-HR Job Location :Erode No of Openings : 1 Qualification ;Any Degree,MBA,MSW Experience :15 to 20 yrs of Experience Salary ;75K TO 85K (Negotiable for the right candidate) Job description; Should have served as a head of HR in a manufacturing company for at least 3 years Should take complete accountability and responsibility for HR related activities in all our units Should work closely with the management to identify lapses in HR systems and set controls in place correct them Strong knowledge in all HR related activities - recruitment (staff and labours), compliance, payroll, audits, employee welfare, performance management Should be able to lead of team of senior HR members (around 4 unit HRs would be reporting to him/her) Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills Should have high level of integrity and ethics Should be able to speak fluently in Tamil (Speaking in Hindi is an advantage) Interested Candidates Send Your Profiles To murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in Reach Us At : 8220014457
