Are you a driven sales professional looking to make a real difference in healthcare? This is your opportunity to own and grow a high impact territory across the North East Netherlands, working with leading hospitals and clinical experts to improve patient outcomes through advanced wound care solutions. You will play a key role in shaping partnerships, driving commercial success, and bringing innovative technologies to the people who need them most across Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Flevoland and parts of Gelderland.

What will you be doing?

You will step into a dynamic, field based role where every day brings meaningful interactions and commercial opportunities. Working to a clear business plan, you will take ownership of your territory, building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders while navigating complex decision making units that include specialist nurses, surgeons, dermatologists, and procurement managers.

You will identify growth opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and deliver product demonstrations and clinical trainings that showcase the value of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio. Along the way, you will continuously analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine your approach and maximise both patient outcomes and business performance.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from combining strong commercial drive with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex healthcare environment. You will be someone who thrives on autonomy, is motivated by results, and is confident working closely with clinical stakeholders.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €51,450 - €81,500 annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job
architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
